About Rocky Cullens
Rocky Cullens, DDS, serves as senior staff oral maxillofacial surgeon. In this role, he is responsible for providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient care and helping with the development of new clinical facilities that were partially funded by the Indian Health Service. He also maintains compliance with various federal regulations for the Indian Health Service Facility and has proudly maintained surgical outcomes that meet national standards. Meanwhile, at his own office, Tulsa Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Inc., Dr. Rocky Cullens is working toward developing a practice model that helps associate surgeons work with Tribal Healthcare Systems.
Prior to accepting his current positions, Dr. Rocky Cullens worked an oral maxillofacial surgeon at Tahlequah City Hospital and St. Edward’s Mercy Medical Center. He also formerly served as an associate oral surgeon at River Valley Oral Surgery and as clinical assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He prepared for his career by receiving his DDS from the University of Oklahoma and completing a four-year certificate program for oral maxillofacial surgery at the university’s Health Sciences Center.
